Per requirements of <br /> the SJMSCP, unmapped projects are subject to case-by-case review. This can be a 90- <br /> day process and it is recommended that the applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as <br /> possible. <br /> Traffic Study <br /> A traffic study needs to be completed and the initial study will need to be circulated <br /> through the State Clearinghouse. Additional review will be required by the Community <br /> Development Department before approval of this project. If the traffic issues can be <br /> resolved, the following conditions will apply: <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-1300007 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on. The effective date of approval is.
