and facilities. §11B-206.2.3 <br /> At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all <br /> accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines, which are <br /> otherwise connected by a circulation path. §11 B-206:2.4 <br /> (5) Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disability in compliance with <br /> Chapter 116 of the California Building Code. These parking space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance to the building. <br /> (6) A soils report is required pursuant to Section 1803 of the CBC. All recommendations of the Soils <br /> Report shall be incorporated into the construction drawings. <br /> (7) Plumbing facilities shall be provided for the building(s) per the California Plumbing Code, <br /> Chapter 4, and in the quantities prescribed in Table 4-3. Per the table, Toilet facilities shall be <br /> accessible to employees at all times, should not be more that 500 feet from where employees <br /> are regularly employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs. The plans shall <br /> indicate the location of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas. <br /> (8) The building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or separated into <br /> conforming fire areas. <br /> (9) If high piled combustible storage is to be used in the building(s) an automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system will be required. <br /> (10)This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Code of Regulations,Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> 2.
