A■� <br /> 'r <br /> ' CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> i+ LA-94-2 <br /> E' Roman Catholic Diocese of Stockton, et al <br /> a •. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all ordinance Requirements shall be compiled with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> E a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> •' " submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> I � Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> ,1 Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> E; a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> � b. An existing leach line for the church crosses the proposed lot line east of the church. <br /> This leach line must be relocated onto Parcel i under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> it <br /> b.
