Kingdon Road <br /> Lodi, California 95242 <br /> Re: Site Approval Application No. PA-05001 16 of Our Lady of Fatima Society <br /> II' (APN: 001-220-32) <br /> ACTION: On April 14, 2004, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved Site <br /> Approval Application No. PA-0500116 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be.filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on April 14, 2005. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the ! <br /> appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months <br /> (by October 24, 2005).
