ii) The parking area shall be designed so that a vehicle within the parking area will not <br /> have to enter a public street to move from one location to any other location within <br /> the parking area. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][2]) <br /> e) PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with gravel or chip seal. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> ii) A minimum of 660 parking spaces shall be provided, including 13 accessible spaces, 3 <br /> of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). Parking details shall be shown on <br /> the site plan. <br /> f) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> ii) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g) SIGNS. No additional advertising signs shall be permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> 2.
