A-0500116 OF OUR LADY OF <br /> FATIMA SOCIETY (CIO MONTE K. SEIBEL) (APN: 001-220-22; 32 & 33) <br /> (26590 NORTH SACRAMENTO BOULEVARD, THORNTON) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for five <br /> temporary special outdoor events in an existing 31,000 square foot arena. (Use Type: <br /> Special Outdoor Events) The applicant is not proposing any new structures. The five <br /> one-day events will be Bloodless Bullfighting events. The project site is located on the <br /> north side of West Oak street, 275 feet east of North Sacramento Blvd. in Thornton. The <br /> parcel has a General Plan designation of R/L (Low-Density Residential) and Zoning of <br /> R-L (Low-Density Residential). <br /> Parking <br /> The applicant states 2,000 people will be at the event at one time. As a result, the <br /> minimum number of parking spaces required for the project shall be 660. If the 660 <br /> parking spaces will not be located entirely on the project site, then a recorded parking <br /> agreement will be required between the owner of the property designated for overflow <br /> parking and the applicant. The parking agreement would be required as a condition of <br /> approval. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval Application <br /> and responses from other agencies and the following conditions will apply: <br /> Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is .
