i) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with gravel or chip seal. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> ii) A minimum of 660 parking spaces shall be provided, including 13 accessible spaces, 3 of which <br /> shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary <br /> entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). Parking details shall be shown on the site plan. <br /> e) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following <br /> i) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> ii) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> f) SIGNS: No additional advertising signs shall be permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> g) NOISE: (The following requirements shall apply) <br /> i) No loudspeaker or sound equipment shall be used for the amDlification of sound to a level <br /> that exceeds the maximum allowable noise exposure for stationary noise sources The noise <br /> Performance standard for stationary noise sources requires a daytime (7 a.m. to 10 p m ) <br /> hourly equivalent sound level to remain below 50 dB with a maximum sound level of 70 dB <br /> and a nighttime (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) hourly equivalent sound level to remain below 45 dB with <br /> a maximum sound level of 65 dB(Development Title Table 9-1025.9 Part II) <br /> h) PARKING: (The following requirements shall apply) <br /> i) The applicant shall maintain records of all special event operations including the presence of <br /> aParking monitor, and Provide those records to the Community Development Department <br /> upon request. <br /> 2) SHERIFF'S OFFICE (Staff Contact: Lieutenant Tom Desmarais [209]468-4150) <br /> a) Live entertainment, including but not limited to Disc Jockey, Band, Dance Competitions, <br /> Bloodless Bull Fights and Rodeos shall require the use of California State licensed security <br /> personnel. <br /> b) Live entertainment events shall not begin before 10:00 a.m. and shall conclude by 11:00 p.m. <br /> c) During entertainment events with an expected attendance of greater then 500 people, or events <br /> held in the Bull Fighting Arena, the Lady of Fatima (LOF) shall ensure a minimum of 10 California <br /> State Licensed security personnel, who shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security. <br /> d) Entertainment events involving bloodless Bullfights, Rodeos and Bull Riding will require the LOF <br /> to provide an ambulance with a licensed paramedic for the duration of the event. <br /> e) The LOF shall notify the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Office at least 60 days in advance of any <br /> entertainment event with an expected attendance of greater then 500 people.
