A test well will be required to meet the <br /> following: <br /> a. Water quality tested to meet Title 22 , CCR ( Safe <br /> Drinking Water Act) , requirements . <br /> b. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source . <br /> c. Results approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and County Public Works prior to final <br /> approval of improvement plans . <br /> d. Obtain all required permits . <br /> 2 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . <br /> 3 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . A <br /> will serve letter is required from the sewer district <br /> psi"" stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 1$877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 5 . Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal <br /> of all demolition material from premises to an <br /> approved landfill site . <br /> 6 . Submission of three (3) sets of food facility <br /> construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning <br /> construction . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
