This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]). The applicant shall uncover the existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that leach lines are not being driven over or parked on. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is$186.00. e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (Development Title Section 9-1115.4[e]) as follows: (1) !nstal! a sanitary sea'.
