(2) A minimum total of 7 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 accessible <br /> space, which shall be van accessible. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access driveways shall have a width of no less <br /> than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way <br /> aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department <br /> access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. A minimum ten (10) foot wide <br /> landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Santa Fe <br /> Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site where <br /> development occurs. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by <br /> driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded <br /> from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored <br /> within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall <br /> not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> j. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development <br /> Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back <br /> a minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner <br /> cut-off (snipe).
