The project proposes <br /> the utilization of an existing 4,500 square foot hay barn for storage, an existing 32,500 square foot indoor arena for training <br /> horses, an existing 10,250 square foot stable for horse care, an existing 2,826 square foot round training pen, an existing <br /> 2,040 square foot storage shed, an existing 1,800 square foot workshop/garage, an existing 3,000 square foot barn for <br /> storage, an existing 800 square foot shed for storage, and 6 existing 60 square foot pasture shelters as shade structures. <br /> The project proposes no new construction. The project will utilize on-site well for water supply, septic system for sewage <br /> disposal, and natural drainage. The project site has direct access off of East Sargent Road. The project site is under a <br /> Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture) and OS/RC (Resource Conservation). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the northeast corner of East Sargent Road and North Tully Road, <br /> Lodi.
