Paddy Creek. To the north of the creek the land is gently undulating. To the south <br /> ere Is a low bluff (5-1separated from 2' up to 300'from the creek margin by low undulating ground. All the <br /> buildings except the Gazebo are on the bluff. The south half of the property are lazer-leveled pasture and vineyard <br /> ------._._ - -- -- - - <br /> Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded area on or near the project site: <br /> There is a swale which drains the land above the bluff margin in parcel 053-070-08 ninninq west, running into a <br /> seasonal pool measuring about 100' x 200' separated <br /> margin. <br /> Biological Resources <br /> Describe an wildlife habitat ors ecies on-site: about 25%of the property is undisturbed oak-grassland.
