Sargent Road APN: 053-110-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Sargent Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
