CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-58 <br /> Eve Thompson <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Move Parcel "1" rear property line 30 feet north of <br /> cabin (proposed Second Unit Dwelling) . <br /> b. Finalize Second Unit Dwelling (SD-93-135) or convert <br /> the cabin to storage. <br /> C. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Office for review <br /> and forwarding to the Community Development Department. <br /> The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2.
