k'" K L E I N F E L D E R '
"-u'/ APF; 1 8 1995
File No. 20-2026-78.005
April 18, 1995 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
p PERMIT/SERVICES
Mr. Kevin Huber
Grupe Operating Company
3255 W. March Lane, 4th Floor
Stockton, CA 95219
Subject: ADDENDUM TO SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY
REPORT DATED APRIL 5, 1995
PROPOSED GRUPE PROPERTY PARCEL SPLIT
SAN JOAQUDi COU?vii, CriLi ORl
MS-95-04
Dear Mr. Huber:
This letter is intended as an addendum to our septic system suitability study report dated April
5, 1995, which was prepared for the proposed Grupe property parcel split. Our original scope
of services included performing percolation tests on the proposed 40-acre parcel 1 and 3.2-acre
parcel 2. It was our understanding that percolation tests were not required on the proposed
123.6-acre parcel 3 and 190.7-acre parcel 4.
Based on the soils encountered at the site and throughout the area for previous projects for which
our firm provided services, and on the results of percolation tests performed on the proposed
parcels 1 and 2, it is our opinion that passing percolation tests can be obtained on the proposed
123.6- and 190.7-acre parcels. Therefore, it is our opinion that these parcels are also suitable
for construction of standard septic systems.
We note that our report assumes that proposed construction will be limited to one single-family
residence and one septic system per parcel. The remainder of the conclusions and
recommendations included in our referenced report also apply to this addendum letter.
If you have any questions regarding this letter or the project, please contact us.
Respectfully submitted,
KLEINFELDER, INC.
,Flo
Edward T.
