Compliance with Development Title <br /> 5 and the CaJifornia Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be <br /> addressed in,the manure management plan. <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by <br /> Environmental Health is required at the time of development. A convenientwater supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements of <br /> Environmental Health shall be available for washing food preparation equipment and bathing of <br /> animals, as well as washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> g. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem.
