Sargent Road, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On October 16, 2003, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved a Revisions of <br /> Approved Actions application for UP-98-11 by revising Community Development Department Condition No. <br /> 1.b., as follows: <br /> 1.b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for an expansion of an existing dog kennel to include 74 <br /> additional dogs, as shown on the Plan submitted June 26, 1998. Phase 1 building permits shall <br /> be secured within 18 months of the effective date of approval. Phase 2 and 8 building permits <br /> shall be secured within five years of the effective date of approval.
