Sargent Road APN: 029-020-57 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Sargent Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Dedication to result in a twenty-five(25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Sargent Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2.
