The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are <br /> low summarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> am Department's Surface and Sub urface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist,dated July 14,2003. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located at 651 West Sargent Road,Lodi,California.The property consists of a <br /> 36.8-acre parcel(APN 029-020-57), rectangular in shape with a small rectangle cut out of the southeast <br /> corner by the adjacent property.The parcel is presently fallow land with a warehouse and an open-air <br /> barn, both near the southeast corner of the subject property. Inside the warehouse is a single family <br /> residence and a large RV. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site, the subject <br /> property is classified as an AG Zone (General Agriculture). This zone is, "established to preserve <br /> agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises."Minimum parcel sizes <br /> within the AG Zone are 20, 40, 80 or 160 acres, as specified by the precise zoning.' <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of <br /> the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> According to a personal interview onJuly 13,2005 Mr.-Renna?the proposed development of <br /> ` the land is to create a minor subdivision to make a ew 2-acre parcel the southwest corner,within <br /> the existing 36.8-acre parcel.
