DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Office <br /> for review) . (Development Title Section 9-872 . 4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982 , are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as follows: In <br /> reference to parcel #1, the well discharge pipe must be <br /> plumbed over the top of the standpipe and have twice <br /> the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top of <br /> the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County approved <br /> backflow valves. <br />
