Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Construct a Public Water Well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to issuance of the building permit. Should the number of non-resident <br /> individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title <br /> 22.. and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Note <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Program Coordinator Unit IV, Registered <br /> Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well <br /> can be permitted as a public water system, prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> B. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of $625 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br />
