P� 1300196 <br /> McCAY CELLARS <br /> MARKETING PLAN <br /> McCay Cellars intends to hold educational and social events which highlight our wine for the <br /> development of potential customers as well as serving our existing customer base. <br /> Below are examples of the marketing events proposed for this site. <br /> 1. Horsd'oeuvres and small plate dishes are prepared by a professional chef in our <br /> commercial kitchen and paired with McCay Cellars wine varietals. Tickets will be sold <br /> in advance and attendance will be limited to 100 maximum. The duration of this <br /> event will be approximately 3 hours, usually between the hours of 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. or <br /> 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. depending on the event format. This one day event will occur 4 <br /> times per year. Bottles of McCay Cellars wine will be available for purchase during <br /> this event. <br /> 2. A professional chef or caterer will prepare a multi course meal paired with McCay <br /> Cellars wine varietals. Wine will be poured during the meal in a small flight format to <br /> complement the meal and the wine maker will provide a narrative about the various <br /> varietals to the attendees. Tickets will be sold in advance and attendance will be <br /> limited to 100 maximum. The duration of this event will be approximately 3 hours <br /> from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This one day event will occur 6 times per year, centered around <br /> key winery related dates; i.e. Harvest/Crush Dinner, New Release Dinner, etc. <br /> Bottles of McCay Cellars wine will be available for purchase during this event. <br /> 3. Bus tours, by appointment only, for a maximum of 100 attendees. Events are usually <br /> for 2 to 3 hours and generally mid day. Guests will be educated about the process of <br /> winemaking and wine grape agriculture. Wine tasting will occur in the tasting room <br /> and covered patio area. Lunch and paired food may be provided depending on event <br /> format. This event occurs 2 times per year. Bottles of McCay Cellars wine will be <br /> available for purchase during this event. <br /> This marketing plan seeks the approval of 12 marketing events per year as described above <br /> and amplified sound is Not proposed at marketing events. <br /> All event parking will be provided on-site. <br />
