The <br /> proposed winery will have twelve marketing events per year with a maximum attendance of 100 people per marketing event. <br /> No amplified music is proposed at the marketing events. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 3,408 square foot tasting <br /> room building, an 8,000 square foot winery facility, and an 800 square foot crush pad. Tasting room building to include a <br /> tasting room, retail area, commercial kitchen, restrooms, storage area, and office. Winery building to include crushing <br /> facilities, barrel storage, fermentation tanks, and bottling and packaging area. Phase 2 to include the construction of a 4,000 <br /> square foot packing dry/cold storage building. This parcel is under a Williamson Act contract. The property is zoned AG40 <br /> (General Agriculture,40-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is AIG (General Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Schmiedt Road, 1,300 feet east of Bruella Road, east <br /> of Lodi. (APN/Address: 051-110-04, 9490 E. Schmiedt Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than November 20, 2013.
