COMMUNITY DE=VELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. Aja"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> !i <br /> !! <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> I <br /> a.
