There is no irrigation or potable water available to the site. Any well water used for potable sources will need to be treated. We are moving forward with well construction work now so we can get the water quality data and understand the treatment needs. We should be into the county with a well construction permit request within the next week. For Wastewater, we were hoping to do some type of treatment with sub grade release that might be able to support some vegetation (deep rooted trees). I have not met with the landscape architect on this yet. If that is not feasible, then we would look to expand the existing septic system and disposal area. One option also being looked at is if we could increase the production rate of the water treatment facility to generate some irrigation water or possible use it to supplement the treated wastewater flows. These are the issues I was trying to set a meeting with the county to discuss. We wanted to identify our options so we could make a cost effective decision on the approach for the project. My current contract will design and construct the wells, do water quality and water quantity testing on the well water and identify the approach to water and sewer service to the building. I am to provide a supplemental scope for design of the water and sewer treatment systems once we settle on expectable treatment and disposal systems. Jim I of 11/10/20163:56 PM
