Conclusion <br /> The US EPA Primary Drinking Water Standards set the maximum contaminant level(MCL)for nitrate in <br /> drinking water at 10 mg/Las nitrogen (45 mg/I NO3). According to the calculations based on the <br /> Hantzsche and Finnemore equation, inc-rees in nitrate concentrations due to the proposed project are <br /> projected to be approxi ely 1.62 mg/L'A N.
