Schulte Road APN: 209-240-25 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Schulte Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned nghtof-way width of 84 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road(including secondary access) shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
