Diane Henson <br /> _ on 16 February 1989 at 4 : 45PM, she requested that we analyze <br /> the remaining soil by citric acid extraction to obtain the <br /> STLC concentration for lead . We ran the 48-hour extraction <br /> test and found no detection amount of lead in either sample <br /> #1 or #3 which were taken below the oil sump at the one foot <br /> level as you witnessed on 6 January 1989 . <br /> As we indicated before, this underground tank did not leak <br /> and create soil contamination.
