Favila : <br /> Please find enclosed the analytical results of all four soil samples <br /> taken from below the floor of the Owens-Illinois 1460 concrete <br /> underground waste oil storage tank. Please note that we believe the <br /> _ heavy metal TTLC concentrations are typical background levels . All <br /> organics were determined as non-detectable. <br /> As per your request , also enclosed is a copy of the hazardous waste <br /> manifest for the oily liquid waste generated from pumping and <br /> cleaning this specific waste oil tank . <br /> We propose to fill this tank with a lean concrete mixture on <br /> Thursday February 2 , 1989 at 10 : 00am.
