Schulte Court has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. The Parcel Map will require Board of Supervisor's approval. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3.
