Martin <br /> 17880 W. Schulte Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b) <br /> b. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map <br /> recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services are <br /> either bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title 9-1120.2) <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division.
