CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-59 <br /> SCI DevelopmentServices <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-59 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on November 21, 1997, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on May 23, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: Chandler Martin, 468-3144) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands <br /> to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, <br /> and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section <br /> 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact Person: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
