The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $771.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as manufacturing generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00433) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 8. No wastewater runoff from the property shall be allowed.
