Prior to any demolition activity, an asbestos survey of existing structures on the project site <br /> may be required to identify the presence of any asbestos containing building material (ACBM). In <br /> accordance with CAL-OSHA requirements, a certified asbestos contractor must remove any identified <br /> ACBM having the potential for disturbance.
