OA <br /> PHONE NUMBER: (209) 468-3443 <br /> RE: LA-01-79 Attention Kimberly Wallace <br /> 22251 North Second Street, Clements <br /> The Environmental Health Division recommends approval of the proposed lot line adjustment <br /> providing the following San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements are met prior to <br /> recordation of the deed or record of survey: <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> NOTE: In order to support individual well and septic systems on this hill terrain, the study <br /> should attempt to plot homes with wells and septic that will meet San Joaquin County <br /> Well and Sewage Standards. <br /> B. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division as required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> NOTE: An abandoned well cistern or pit appears to be on top of one of the hills in this proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> O <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
