CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-79 <br /> Wright <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-01-79 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 21, 2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 20, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace, 468-0816) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> March 5, 2002. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. ACCESS: Parcels 1, 2, and 4 shall remain non-buildable until a Site Approval for an access road for <br /> an antiquated subdivision is applied for and the Conditions of Approval have been met. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.16) <br /> d. LOT SIZE: The following lot size regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall have a minimum lot area of two acres.
