The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to dedicate a twenty-five foot (251 ) wide right-of-way along the east property line of APN 173-100-02 from Section Avenue to Parcel #2 with a 50-foot radius turn-around at the north end. g. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 627 . 00 for each single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record) . h. The City of Stockton Shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units (R.O. S.U. ) for sanitary sewer have been paid for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel Map. 2 .
