MS-92-164 OF GLEN <br /> FREDRICKS (C/O ASPEN SURVEY COMPANY) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This Minor Subdivision application is to create a 10 acre family <br /> member homesite parcel from a 35 acre parcel. <br /> * * * <br /> The Development Services Division has not determined it's position <br /> on Application No. MS-92-164, however if it is approved the project <br /> will be subject to the following conditions. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approved Tentative Map will expire two years from the date of <br /> approval. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum parcel size shall be 10 acres. (Section 9-4010 . 2 <br /> (c) ) <br /> b.
