SURE <br /> SUBJECT: MS-92-0164 , Glen Fredricks, APN 243-190-13 <br /> Dear Mr. St. Sure: <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District has reviewed the above <br /> application and requests that the following conditions of approval <br /> be adopted for this development: <br /> 1. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements <br /> to provide for the abandonment of service and the removal of <br /> irrigation structures for those parcels which will not <br /> continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> 2 . If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate private <br /> irrigation easements shall be provided. For private <br /> irrigation easements, place the following note on map near <br /> the location of the easement: <br /> "A size - foot wide private irrigation easement shall be <br /> conveyed across (lots) (parcels) (nos. ) at the time of <br /> conveyance. Pipeline to be installed at owner' s axp2n e. II <br /> The above note, together with the owner consenting to the <br /> preparation and filing of the map, gives constructive notice <br /> to title companies, future property buyers and the public of <br /> the requirement to provide a private irrigation easement as <br /> well as its size and location. <br /> 3 . The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all <br /> District facilities which may exist on subject property to <br /> serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded <br /> easements that are present. All existing recorded or newly <br /> dedicated District easements shall be shown on the survey map <br /> prior to its recording. <br /> 4 .
