Anderson & Associates (NOA) has been retained by Brad Klump of Escalon to prepare a <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 17201 Seidner Road, <br /> LEscalon,California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the SanJoaquin County Development Title, <br /> L §9-905.12,as follows: <br /> A surface and subsurface contamination report(ball be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> L submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report sball be prepared by a qualified <br /> envimnmentalpmfessional and shall identify anypotential source ofsurface orsubsurface contamination <br /> caused bypast or currant land user. The report shall include evaluation ofnonpointsource ofhaZardous <br /> materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as well aspotentialpointsources,such asfuel storage <br /> Ltanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> L allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
