Development Committee <br /> Memorandum <br /> SA-92-18 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 4 . There shall be no outdoor storage of equipment or materials as <br /> a part of this approval. All equipment and material <br /> associated with the use that are currently stored outside <br /> shall be removed from the site or stored within the existing <br /> 2 , 400-square foot structure prior to the issuance of the <br /> certificate of occupancy and initiation of use in the new <br /> 5, 000-square foot building. <br /> 5. Service vehicles shall be stored within the permitted <br /> structures. <br /> 6. The owner shall secure an approved Business License prior to <br /> the issuance of the certificate of occupancy and initiation of <br /> the use in the new 5, 000-square foot building. <br /> 7 . A minimum of three automobile parking spaces shall be provided <br /> and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. The size of the <br /> parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of <br /> Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title. <br /> 8 . Driveways and maneuvering areas shall, at a minimum, be <br /> surfaced with six (6) inches of rock base, except as otherwise <br /> required by the Uniform Fire Code (see Building and Inspection <br /> Division Conditions of Approval) . The three automobile <br /> parking spaces shall be permanently paved and maintained with <br /> concrete or asphalt concrete. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> All paving details shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 9 . All outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within a <br /> trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on permanent <br /> paving, be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles, and <br /> be constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated on <br /> the fourth side. The location of the trash enclosure shall be <br /> designated on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 10. Only one wall-mounted advertising sign shall be permitted as <br /> a part of this approval. <br /> 11. All improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. The <br /> construction of on-site improvements shall conform to the <br /> approved Site Plan and the Improvement Plan. <br /> 12 . One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Development Services Division for distribution to the involved <br /> County departments. A Plan Check fee will be required. <br />
