BA-992-118 of JOHN AND ELLA <br /> ARNETT (C/O ADVANCED DESIGN GROUP, INC. ) <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval shall be for a farm equipment repair facility in <br /> a new 5, 000-square foot building and a tractor repair facility <br /> in an existing 2 ,400-square foot structure. There shall be no <br /> manufacturing activities associated with this approval. <br /> 2 . The existing 2, 400-square foot structure shall be brought into <br /> compliance with all building code requirements prior to the <br /> issuance of the certificate of occupancy and initiation of use <br /> in the new 5, 000-square foot building. <br /> 3. All farm equipment and tractor repair work shall take place <br /> within the two permitted structures. There shall be no <br /> outdoor activities associated with the permitted use. <br />
