Seidner Ave., Escalon <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. Add 80 ft. of leach line to existing septic <br /> system if existing bathroom is kept in use with new handicap restroom to be <br /> installed in new building. <br /> b. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. Applicant must file an application for facility <br /> permit/waste discharge with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board. The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. If the above ground holding facility had <br /> to be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for any <br /> hazardous material.
