L <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0800290 <br /> Banta Inn Properties <br /> Entertainment Permit No. PA-0800290 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on Au just 5, 2010. The effective date of approval is August 15, 2010. This approval <br /> will expire on February 14, 2012, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) <br /> all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remairt'in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured j <br /> and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits.
