Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) <br /> has developed the following 3-step guide to assist cities/counties, builders, and developers with <br /> ensuring preliminary plans are compatible with any PG&E electric or gas facilities in the area. <br /> Please send all environmental and preliminary planning <br /> documents to pgeplanreview@pge.com or 6111 Bollinger Canyon <br /> Rd., 3rd Floor, Mail Code: BR1Y3A, San Ramon, CA 94583. Planning <br /> documents include (but may not be limited to): Environmental <br /> Documents, subdivision maps, general city/county plans <br /> SUBMIT "This plan review process does not replace the application process for PG&Egas or <br /> electrics service that development plans may require. For these requests,please <br /> continue to work with PG&E service planning department. <br /> https://www.pge.com/en_US/business/services/building-and-renovation/ <br /> overview/overview.page <br /> PG&E will review the planning documents to confirm: <br /> Plans are compatible with any existing or proposed gas or <br /> electric facilities <br /> STEP 2 If a Public Utility Easement or Dedicated Easement is <br /> REVIEW needed for new facilities <br /> Compliance with existing easement, if applicable <br /> Within 45-days of submission, PG&E will issue a response letter. <br /> If no conflicts were identified, PG&E wilt provide approval to <br /> preliminary plans, along with any requirements that must be <br /> followed as the project moves forward. <br /> RESPONSE If conflicts were identified, PG&E will provide comments to <br /> the submitter to update and re-submit the plans. <br /> For More Information <br /> For more information, or to check the status of your plan review, please contact PG&E Land <br /> Management Department at 1-877-259-8314.
