CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> WOLTJIER/QUARTAROLI & ASSOCIATES <br /> PA-1200236 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200236 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on January 4, 2013 , which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> July 6, 2014 , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on <br /> the site plan dated December 3, 2012. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts <br /> and shall enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Filing Fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d) LOT SIZE: Parcels 1 and 2 shall be a minimum of two (2) acres in size.
