Conditions of Approval <br /> GX-93-0001 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 <br /> feet of the (future) right-of-way line of Section road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1410 . 2{m} ) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. No excavation is permitted into the ground water table <br /> without specific approval from the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region, Porter-Cologne <br /> Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4 , Article 3 , Section <br /> 13240 . <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof. (California Water Code, Section <br /> 13376) <br /> C. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001) <br /> 4 . SOUTH AN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a. The landowner agrees not to perform any excavation or <br /> grading within the S. S.J. I .D. easement or within fifteen <br /> feet (15 ' ) of the centerline of the pipeline, whichever <br /> is greater. <br /> b. Excavations adjacent to District easements and/or <br /> facilities shall have a minimum 3 : 1 slope from the <br /> excavated field to the top of the berm. <br /> C. The landowner will take such steps as are required by the <br /> S. S.J. I. D. Water Superintendent to remedy any erosion on <br /> banks adjacent tot he District' s facilities . <br /> d. No soil will lie stockpiled over the S . S .J. I . D. pipeline. <br /> e. No heavy equipment will travel over the S. S .J. I . D . <br /> pipeline without approved bridging, designed to handle <br /> maximum load conditions. (A detailed bridging design <br /> prepared by a Civil Engineer shall be shown on the <br /> plans. ) <br /> f. No trees and/or rubbish will be disposed of or stored on <br /> the S. S.J.
