SHAW ROAD (APN 143-270-62) PA-0600296 (SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> 1. The owner/developer should install complete frontage improvements on Shaw Road <br /> including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement <br /> widening and street lighting prior to occupancy of any new buildings/structures on <br /> this site. Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to <br /> existing physical constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a Deferred <br /> Improvement Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required <br /> improvements at such time as it is practical. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
