The certified applicator and owner of the property to be fumigated must characterize the area to be treated and <br /> include all safety requirements in the plan before application. <br /> P General <br /> CONDITION - F'- General <br /> In addition to al applicable laws, regulations, label restrictions and other more restrictive <br /> conditions of this permit, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT. <br /> 1. Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless otherwise covered by the label, law, regulation, <br /> other permit conditions or environmental <br /> conditions at tho application site are: <br /> a. Spray- 12 m.p.h. <br /> b. Dust-8 n.p.h. <br /> c. Pellets, c ranular or baits- 16 m.p.h. <br /> 2. No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the likelihood of contaminating any persons, non-target <br /> crops, animals or other public or private property. <br /> 3. Unless speci ically named as a dust on this permit, NO DUST FORMULATIONS are allowed. <br /> 4.Apply pesticides covered by SLN(s) and Section 18(s) in conformance with the SLN(s) and Section 18(s). <br /> 5.A flagger is inquired at the application site for all AIR applications of Zinc Phosphide bait. <br /> Revised 10/90 <br /> Q Dicamba&Phenoxy Herbicide CV <br /> CONDITION -0-DICAMBA AND PHENOXY HERBICIDES -CENTRAL <br /> VALLEY/HAZARDOUS AREA <br /> In addition to a[ applicable laws, regulations and label restrictions, the CONDITIONS CHECKED BELOW APPLY to <br /> applications coy ered by this permit. <br /> [X] 1. No Dicamba application allowed in the vicinity of sensitive crops when the maximum temperature on the day of <br /> application is predicted to exceed 85 degrees <br /> fahrenheit.
