CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-38 <br /> Holtberg <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-38 was a <br /> Community Development Department on July 13, 1998, whice <br /> h is the effective date of the San Joaapproval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 12, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Jim Van Buren,468-2374) <br /> a. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through <br /> deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to <br /> the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. The existing Williamson Act Contract shall be amended to reflect the new configuration by <br /> filing a new Williamson Act Contract with the Community Development Department. <br /> (Government Code Section 5-1240, et seq) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 368-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances and qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (See the attached memo from Public Health dated June 23, <br /> 1598.) <br />
